Requirements
- Min. 3 years SEO experience
- Expert in current SEO trends and optimisation tactics to maximise results
- Experience in a range of SEO-focused tools to uncover insights, competitor analysis, inform our reporting
- Love the technical side of SEO β auditing our sites and competitors to find opportunities
- Expertise in undertaking keyword research to inform the SEO strategy
- Experience in utilising content to drive SEO rankings across the marketing funnel
- Demonstrable understanding of offsite SEO considerations
- Ability to run link building/outreach campaigns
- Able to develop and clearly communicate SEO recommendations
- Comfortable with autonomy and well organised
- Enjoy collaboration with web developers and wider marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills
- A passion for SEO, digital marketing and learning
- To be a clear communicator
- To be a team player and collaborate to achieve goals
- High attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple projects

Responsibilities
- Support projects across North America, Europe and Australia
- Deliver the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our SEO strategy
- Drive lead generation and organic growth
- Apply AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, surface insights and improve search performance
- Compile SEO reports and communicate to a range of stakeholders
- Undertake keyword research to inform the SEO strategy
- Utilise content to drive SEO rankings across the marketing funnel
- Create a great brief for a copywriter to ensure SEO objectives are clearly defined and delivered
- Undertake offsite SEO considerations
- Run link building/outreach campaigns
- Develop and clearly communicate SEO recommendations
- Manage projects/workflow using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday etc
- Collaborate with web developers and wider marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B experience
- Experience testing and learning around AI β ChatGPT, Bard, SGE etc
- Previous experience in Multilingual and International SEO
