Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 + Years of experience working in business software implementations
- 3 + Years of experience Managing and designing ServiceNow Projects
- 3 + Years of experience working with agile project methodologies
- 2 + Years of experience working with JavaScript, and HTML
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Own design of the organizationโs strategic ServiceNow platform
- Lead architecture and enhancement across enterprise projects, ensuring technical integrity and governance
- Coordinate development, maintain platform plans/policies, and drive cost transparency and value tracking
- Stay current on ServiceNow products and technologies
- Support the full lifecycle of the Service Desk (ServiceNow) app with business, IT, and vendors
- Perform daily platform support, ticket handling, troubleshooting, RCA
- Ensure standards, SLAs, and escalation as needed
- Report, dashboards, and health checks
- Administrate and configure all platform components (CMS, workflows, UI, ACLs, catalog items, etc.)
- Manage integrations with third-party systems
- Participate in meetings to identify platform use cases
- Requirements gathering, solution design, QA, and release management
- Work closely with internal/external clients and handle ongoing updates/config changes
