Join our team as a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing continuous improvement projects and contribute to the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. As a key member of our diverse workforce, you will collaborate with stakeholders to build upon our existing ServiceNow foundation.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of IT service operations experience with a minimum of 1+ years as a ServiceNow Developer at a large company
 - Have 2+ years of relevant experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
 - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling materials for technical and executive audiences
 - Be experienced with planning solutions focused on low code/no code implementations while minimizing customizations
 - Be experienced in planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, guiding developers or engineers, and providing alternative analysis and recommendations
 - Be well versed in designing and developing solutions with SaaS solutions such as ServiceNow in an Agile Software Development environment
 - Have recent experience with private and public cloud concepts
 - Have strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
 - Have demonstrated success leading medium-to-large-scale service management initiatives/transformations
 - Be able to demonstrate strong executive presence and strategic thinking skills
 - Be able to evaluate and communicate operational metrics and issues to leadership
 - Have a thorough understanding of the interdependence of systems and their impact on the business
 - Have end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle experience from βchip to chillerβ inclusive of servers, storage, data centers, databases, middleware, and web/application environments
 - Have proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
 - Have demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action
 - Ability to understand and communicate the lifecycle of technologies and applications and to translate them into business strategies for client organizations
 - Have experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
 - Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
 - Be able to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls, and leading in a managed service environment
 - Have experience working with ServiceNow platform for global customers
 - Be a certified ServiceNow System Administrator or as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
 - Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
 - Be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
 - Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
 - Be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
 
Responsibilities
- Develop ServiceNow custom applications using a declarative app engine
 - Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle
 - Provide unit testing of implementation
 - Support development in Agile framework
 - Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
 - Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise
 - Perform other duties assigned related to the role
