Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Previous experience working in a DOD environment, with a strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with DOD operational needs
  • Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Implement security and data access controls in compliance with DOD policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and other technical teams
  • Stay current on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity with federal IT systems and frameworks such as RMF and NIST

Benefits

$110,000 - $135,000 a year
