Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Previous experience working in a DOD environment, with a strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with DOD operational needs
- Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Implement security and data access controls in compliance with DOD policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and other technical teams
- Stay current on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
- Familiarity with federal IT systems and frameworks such as RMF and NIST

$110,000 - $135,000 a year
