Summary

Requirements

  • Possess US Citizenship
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance
  • Have experience in developing ServiceNow applications: 1-2 years for Junior Level, 3-4 years for Mid Level, and 5+ years for Senior Level
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ServiceNow suite, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident Management, and Knowledge Base
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Have proven development experience outside the ServiceNow platform, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Show familiarity with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices
  • Have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project teamwork
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements translation, solution design, implementation, and enterprise monitoring
  • Show proficiency in handling large datasets and performing data analysis/modeling to support decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and as part of a technical team in a multi-instance, multi-domain environment
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development projects
  • Provide expert guidance to functional and administrative teams on ServiceNow design, development, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to define and document requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions for requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
  • Write scripts for Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, and more
  • Facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
  • Analyze system performance and implement performance improvements as needed
