Remote ServiceNow Developer

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of core experience only in ServiceNow development
• Be highly skilled in Webservices, ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations
• Have experience in ITIL as well as Service Portal
• Be fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow (all modules) across all global locations
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow
• Be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow Integration
• Have a great understanding of the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate them into the design
• Develop and implement technical solutions and perform component Integration Tests
• Configure changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting and Angular JS
