ServiceNow Developer

Summary

Join our dynamic team at Nagarro as we scale in a big way! We're looking for great new colleagues to work with our ServiceNow team, implement the ServiceNow platform across all global locations, and develop technical solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expertise on technical questions related to development, configure changes with ServiceNow scripting, and perform component Integration Tests.

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years core experience only in ServiceNow development
• Be highly skilled in Webservices, ITSM, ITOM and Integrations
• Already have experience in ITIL as well as Service Portal
• Fluent German and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow
• Be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration
• Have a great understanding of the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design
• Develop and implement the technical solutions and perform the component Integration Tests
• Configure changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting and Angular JS
