Summary
Join us at Nagarro to collaborate with the ServiceNow team, implement ServiceNow modules globally, and develop technical solutions.
Requirements
- Previous 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: Service Portal, ITSM, Integrations, ITOM, GRC, and SPM
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS)
- German and English fluent
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to implement all ServiceNow modules globally
- Understand and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring standardized processes
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development
- Develop technical specifications and implement ServiceNow integrations
- Develop technical solutions and perform component integration tests
- Make configuration changes using ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS)
