Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Pathward’s technologies, including ServiceNow, and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions
  • Contribute to estimates on work in a timely manner and deliver against them
  • Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed
  • Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current on emerging technologies and future expectations
  • Ensure the quality of applications and/or infrastructure technologies, including ServiceNow configurations, through testing and following IT standards and guidelines
  • Build test data necessary to perform the tests
  • Ensure ServiceNow applications and/or infrastructure meet security standards as defined by IT
  • Identify and report risks to technologies
  • Understand the data as part of the technologies being supported
  • Help to maintain documented processes, best practices and standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem Management, Service Catalog, etc.)
