ServiceNow IT Engineer II

Summary

Responsibilities include providing support for Pathward's technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to work estimates, assisting other IT departments, evaluating new technologies, ensuring application quality, building test data, maintaining security standards, identifying risks, understanding supported technologies' data, and maintaining documentation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience are required, along with ServiceNow experience. • ServiceNow experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Pathward’s technologies, including ServiceNow, and recommend improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions
• Contribute to estimates on work in a timely manner and deliver against them
• Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed
• Evaluate new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current on emerging technologies and future expectations
• Ensure the quality of applications and/or infrastructure technologies, including ServiceNow configurations, through testing and following IT standards and guidelines
• Build test data necessary to perform the tests
• Ensure ServiceNow applications and/or infrastructure meet security standards as defined by IT
• Identify and report risks to technologies
• Understand the data as part of the technologies being supported
• Help to maintain documented processes, best practices and standards
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem Management, Service Catalog, etc.)
