Join Zelh, a fast-growing outsourcing company, as a Shipper BDR for a client focused on decarbonizing logistics. You will lead the transformation of the freight industry by building infrastructure and technology for scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective electric freight. Key responsibilities include enterprise deal execution, category leadership, strategic relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and providing impactful customer insights. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in closing large-scale enterprise logistics deals, a deep understanding of freight networks, and a strong network in logistics and freight transportation. Success is measured by net new revenue, account expansion, market positioning, and building a high-performance sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the U.S. logistics, freight, or supply chain industry
- Proven experience selling to shippers and/or 3PLs in the U.S. market with a deep understanding of regional shipping trends, regulatory landscape, and procurement cycles
- Established book of business with active relationships across enterprise shippers, carriers, or logistics providers
- Strong track record of navigating complex deal cycles from prospecting to closing, including RFPs and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Exceptional ability to build long-term client relationships and become a trusted partner
- Solid knowledge of freight pricing models, network optimization, and market dynamics within U.S. domestic logistics
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and pipeline management platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid U.S.-based setting, while maintaining strong internal collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strategic and consultative sales approach
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—targeting, outreach, solution design, closing, launch, and scale—with a land-and-expand mindset
- Win marquee enterprise customers, enabling Nevoya’s leadership position in electric freight
- Develop deep executive relationships with shippers and leading 3PLs, influencing RFP criteria to align with sustainability and automation
- Work closely with transportation, operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive economies of scale
- Bring back customer insights that shape operational strategy, product development, and competitive positioning

- Proven track record in closing large-scale enterprise logistics or supply chain deals
- Demonstrated ability to educate, reframe, and challenge customers—more solutions engineer than order taker
- Deep understanding of freight network design, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
