Siebel Developer

Summary

A leading consulting firm seeks a skilled and experienced Siebel Developer for a 3-month remote consulting engagement to work on Siebel CRM configuration, implementation, administration, customer interaction, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of Siebel CRM, proficiency in Oracle or MS SQL Server databases, excellent communication skills, and experience with full life cycle implementation projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrate deep technical and functional knowledge of Siebel 8 and above versions
• Apply best practices in Siebel implementation and ensure high standards in project delivery
• Work with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases proficiently
• Participate in all phases of the implementation project, from analysis to deployment
• Utilize Siebel tools for configuration and scripting to develop customer solutions. Create and execute SQL queries to build reports as needed
• Prepare and maintain system specifications, operating procedures, installation instructions, and other relevant documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript, and Open UI
• Implement and manage Workflow Policies and Run-time Events
• Develop and support Business Services, Web Services, Scripting, and Configuration
• Provide production support, system maintenance, and perform system upgrades
• Engage effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
