Site Contract Specialist

Summary

The Site Contract Specialist is responsible for executing, negotiating, and administering site contracts and supporting documents. They coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution in accordance with best practices and guidelines. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of related experience, a post-secondary certificate/diploma, and fluency in written English.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience, post-secondary certificate/diploma
• High level of fluency in written English

Responsibilities

• Execute, negotiate, and administer site contracts and supporting documents
• Coordinate with sites, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution
• Provide training on internal site contract processes and mentoring of department staff
• Support the department and company in achieving objectives and strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related experience, bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, French, Italian)
