Site Contract Specialist

Summary

The Site Contract Specialist is responsible for managing and executing site contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, developing contract processes, and providing training. They should have 1-3 years of related experience and a post-secondary certificate/diploma. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, legal-related diagnostics, contract management experience within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, and knowledge of languages such as Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, French, or Italian.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience, post-secondary certificate/diploma
• High level of fluency in written English

Responsibilities

• Execute, negotiate, and administer site contracts and supporting documents
• Coordinate with sites, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Provide training on internal site contract processes
• Support the department and company in achieving objectives and strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related experience, bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, French, Italian)
