Site Reliability Engineer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python
• 3+ years of experience in SQL Server and/or MongoDB
• 3+ years of experience in REST Services, JSON, XML, Web APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure components
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement scalable and reliable systems
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement automation solutions for deployment, configuration, and orchestration
• Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical issues outside of regular business hours
