Summary

Join Stadium's global sales team as an SMB Account Executive and play an integral role in the company's growth. You will manage the strategic sales process, engaging prospects, managing sales cycles, and closing revenue from inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach. You will sell to prospects with 50+ employees, become a Stadium product expert, develop sales strategies, and perform account planning. Success requires utilizing proven sales methodologies, managing pipeline in Hubspot, achieving quota attainment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience particularly in selling B2B
  • Historical record of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales
  • Experience selling to HR Buyers or a B2B platform to business users
  • A solutions oriented mindset
  • Quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Sell into prospects with 50 employees and above
  • Become a Stadium product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape
  • Develop a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities
  • Perform account planning for prioritized accounts, and work in tandem with the SDR team to generate pipeline
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentations and customized product demos
  • Utilize proven sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation
  • Manage pipeline in Hubspot to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly basis
  • Achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service to support our customers
