This remote (Turkey) 1-year contract (renewable) role focuses on B2B tech sales within the SMB segment. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, working directly with decision-makers. Responsibilities include driving new customer acquisition, conducting discovery calls, delivering demos, managing deals via CRM, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of B2B tech sales experience in SMBs, a strong understanding of consultative selling, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech, platform, or data/intelligence sales โ ideally with a strong focus on SMB customers through inside sales or similar roles
- Proven ability to close deals in short- to mid-length sales cycles (3-4 weeks)
- Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling frameworks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities in parallel
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end tech sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a strong focus on short- to mid-cycle deals typically seen in SMB segments
- Drive new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Conduct solution-oriented discovery calls with decision-makers in sourcing, trade, and strategy roles, with a focus on SMB decision-makers who value agility and data-driven insights
- Deliver ROI-driven demos that connect Tridge Eyeโs intelligence with each prospectโs business needs
- Develop a pipeline of high-intent leads and manage deals using CRM tools
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless hand off and customer onboarding
- Provide regular insights on local market dynamics and customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the agriculture, food, or trade sectors
- Background in market research, analytics, or B2B intelligence solutions
- Experience selling in emerging markets or cross-border trade environments
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup
