Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM
• Fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in English at the intermediate level or higher
• Case studies and work samples are required
• Availability of equipment for content creation
• Understanding of social media algorithms and nuances of content creation for TikTok, and Instagram
• Proficient experience with video editing programs/applications
• Creativity and proactivity

Responsibilities

• Organize content shoots at the office
• Edit video content for TikTok and Reels
• Work with video editing software
• Generate ideas, creating content plans, and scripts for videos in line with the company's TOV
• Assistance in managing the company's TikTok and Instagram pages
• Monitor global content trends on TikTok and Instagram
• Research competitors and benchmarking
• Develop a strategy for attracting subscribers through content
• Create new sections on social media
• Create, develop, and implement engagement mechanics in stories
• Generate ideas for stories and writing texts
• Work with User-Generated Content (UGC)
• Measure the effectiveness of content and goal-setting
