Summary

Join a dynamic team at Health & Happiness (H&H) Group as Social Commerce Specialist and drive sales and engagement through TikTok. Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence, support e-commerce goals, and foster a positive community.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok and e-commerce, required
  • Proven experience managing and scaling TikTok/ TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, best practices, and growth strategies
  • Excellent influencer management skills, with a track record of managing multiple influencers at a time
  • Experience working with agencies and internal teams to drive coordinated efforts
  • Analytical skills to generate and interpret reports on engagement and sales metrics
  • Content creation skills, including live hosting, are a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work with TikTok reps and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the paid advertising tools on TikTok and how to drive a full-funnel strategy on the platform
  • Deep understanding of high-quality content and how it translates into videos, photos, YouTube, and beyond
  • Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy for TikTok, aligned with overall business objectives and digital marketing plans
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the TikTok audience, including videos, live streams, and interactive posts
  • Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Managing influencer partnerships
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the broader omni-digital team, including social media, content, and e-commerce, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on TikTok, fostering a positive and interactive community
  • Continuously test and optimize TikTok commerce features, such as shoppable videos and links, to enhance the user experience and drive sales
  • Understand and leverage the affiliate marketplace on TikTok Shop to drive further growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with TikTok reps and other key stakeholders
