Requirements

• Passion for and knowledge of the crypto industry
• Proven experience managing social media and/or online communities
• Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and familiarity with analytics platforms
• Strong ability to maintain a sassy, professional, and tech-oriented brand voice
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow our presence on Twitter and Telegram, with plans to expand to other platforms
• Build relationships with crypto enthusiasts, fostering a loyal and engaged community
• Leverage AI tools to create witty, professional, and tech-savvy content that aligns with our brand tone
• Develop and execute engaging content calendars tailored to each platform
• Actively interact with community members, answering questions, sparking conversations, and addressing concerns in a timely manner
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase participation and reach
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the crypto space
• Collaborate on partnership opportunities to amplify brand visibility and credibility
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance engagement rates and community growth
• Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building communities from scratch
• Connections within the crypto space (bonus if you’ve worked with influencers or partnerships before)
