Summary
Join Pip Decks as a multi-skilled Social Media & Community Manager to develop an organic social strategy and self-produce and manage social content, working closely with the Director of Marketing to create a multi-platform content strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct professional experience independently managing an organisationβs social media and community presence across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working both independently and cross-functionally to develop content and maintain a content calendar
- Experience with social media content management systems such as Hootsuite and Later
- Demonstrated experience using social media and community channels to promote product releases/updates
- Demonstrated experience following brand guidelines, communication standards, and established processes when publishing content, replies, or reposts from other creators
- Genuine curiosity to test and experiment and find new ways to create fun, interesting content that connects with our audience
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
- The ability to learn new concepts quickly and move fast to meet the needs of the business
- Professional fluency in English
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive social media strategies and tactical plans to meet long-term business goals, support product launches and raise awareness of Pip Decks on social media by increasing brand awareness and community engagement
- Manage all owned social media accounts on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Develop an influencer marketing strategy, content wishlist and content calendar
- Conduct weekly analyses of social media performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise engagement
- Self-produce short-form and longer-form content
- Work with internal content creators to produce short and long-form content
- Hire external content creators to produce content that suit your strategy
- Interview customers for testimonials to include on our website and social channels
- Interact with the Pip Decks community on a daily basis via comments and direct messages on all social channels, and our Pip Decks Slack channel
- Organise monthly webinar events with Pip Decks authors
- Work cross-collaboratively with our Customer Service team to ensure that customers' issues are resolved when posted on social media in a timely manner
