Requirements

• 2+ years of Social Media experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience creating and sourcing content for highly visible social media accounts
• Extremely resourceful with a keen eye for sourcing relevant and engaging content
• Excellent researcher with superb attention to detail
• Enjoys keeping a finger on the pulse of local events and unique experiences in your city
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teammates, external partners, and customers
• Prior newsletter creation experience (Mailchimp or other email software experience)
• Passionate about building community through experiences and exploration
• Highly resourceful and creative when it comes to finding out information or being persistent with reaching out to people
• Excellent grasp of social-first content and content created for social

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of content assets for assigned Instagram accounts
• Write compelling social copy for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
• Aid in the growth and development of multiple Bucket Listers city guides
• Manage content manager-specified projects from start to finish
• Help your region meet its assigned goals, including goals around audience growth and pageviews
• Research inspiring experiences in your region and pitch them to be featured on social channels
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Business Development, and Partner Success stakeholders
