Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

Summary

Binance is looking for an experienced Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager with a passion for marketing and technology, who has a well-versed understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. The role involves developing and implementing social media strategies, overseeing Binance's social media platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing social media metrics, supporting regional paid ads strategy, and working with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media management. Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus
• Experience developing social media strategies & Proven ability to build a social media community
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, analytics and online customer acquisition
• Must be a fluent English & Arabic speaker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing plans, campaigns and overall strategy to increase Binance's brand awareness and share of voice
• Oversee Binance's social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, public relations, and product teams to develop local narratives for social media and performance marketing purposes
• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance and trends
• Support Regional Paid Ads Strategy by increasing local relevance for campaigns by localizing and suggesting more culturally relevant ad content
• Monitor and report on ad performance using analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Appannie, and Similarweb. Strong analytical skills are required
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation and content marketing
