Summary

Kwalified is seeking a Social Media Manager to reinforce their client's digital presence and foster connections between the brand and its audience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, minimum of 3 years experience, proficiency in various digital platforms, professional English language skills, and high-speed internet with specific hardware requirements for remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Proficient in a wide variety of digital platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, Filmora, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Excellent time management and customer service experience with great analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven content strategies and create multimedia content
• Maintain a precise content calendar and schedule using social media management tools
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and conversations
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance with advanced analytics tools
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
• Utilize design and video editing software for content creation and editing

Preferred Qualifications

Virtual assistant experience is not required but is a plus
