Requirements

Unpaid internship requiring 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the execution of content strategies that enhance both personal and professional brands of plastic surgeons
• Help onboard new clients with initial content ideas, coordinate content creation with video editors & graphic designers, ensure alignment during shoots, and handle post-production processes, including review, approval, and scheduling
• Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to sync with the broader strategy for clients, discuss content performance, and receive direct feedback and coaching
