Join Zipdev as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the organic social media strategy for our clients. You will be responsible for growing our presence across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video content. We seek a strategic and creative individual with a proven track record of building a brand's social media presence, particularly on Instagram. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring both content planning and hands-on creation. A strong portfolio showcasing performance and growth is essential. Requirements

• Have 2–4 years of experience managing and growing brand social accounts, with a strong portfolio showing performance and growth
• Know Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts deeply—from algorithms to editing styles and content trends
• Are skilled in video editing and comfortable working with both polished and lo-fi creator-style footage
• Are a great storyteller, both visually and in writing, with the ability to match a brand’s tone of voice
• Are self-driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across platforms
• Edit and produce short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Transform raw footage, UGC, and branded assets into compelling, high-performing content
• Stay up to date with social trends, platform features, and cultural moments to fuel content ideas
• Write sharp, engaging social copy that supports messaging and drives clicks
• Track and analyze content performance and use data to guide future content decisions
