- Align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing teams for consistency
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via social media to ensure prompt and effective customer support
- Track audience demographics and engagement trends, providing insights to optimize content and marketing strategies
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet promotional goals
- Monitor social media ad performance, analyze campaign success, and suggest improvements for future marketing efforts
- Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach
- Provide a Monthly Social Media Performance Report: Engagement metrics, content effectiveness, and growth insights
- Provide an Ad Performance Report: Summary of ad spend, reach, conversions, and recommendations for future campaigns
