Summary

Join HackerOne as a Senior Social Media Manager and lead the global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated success growing brand presence and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats across social channels
  • Experience using AI tools to support social media content creation, scheduling, or engagement
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a sharp eye for visuals and video
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, executives, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
  • Own the social content calendar, channel planning, and execution—partnering with internal teams to create compelling content
  • Manage performance reporting and insights, optimizing campaigns and content based on data-driven learnings
  • Use generative AI and automation tools to scale content production, personalize engagement, and streamline operations
  • Identify new and emerging platforms and trends that align with our audience and brand strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with communications, content, creative, demand gen, and product marketing teams to amplify key initiatives
  • Support executive visibility and thought leadership through social programs and content
  • Monitor social conversations and trends, identifying risks and opportunities for real-time engagement
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with YouTube strategy and video-first content production
  • Background in community building or influencer partnerships in B2B settings
  • Experience supporting social media for executive thought leadership
  • Working knowledge of brand voice and message consistency across global markets
