Summary

A Social Media Manager is needed to lead the presence of a fast-growing DTC brand across various social platforms. The role requires creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and collaborating with other teams. The position is 100% remote.

Requirements

• Creativity and passion for creating highly engaging content that connects with people and delivers results
• Outgoing candidates that are not camera shy and are willing to appear in videos
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & TikTok)
• Well-versed in technology
• Excellent grammar and ability to come up with engaging captions
• Excellent communication skills with an innate attention to detail
• Analytical and able to work with numbers and statistics
• Experience filming, directing, and editing video
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven

Responsibilities

• Record and edit vertical video (in-app and Premiere Pro or similar video editing software)
• Create a content calendar and publish multiple videos daily on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and Amazon posts
• Monitor content performance using in-app analytics/insights and/or third-party analytics
• Analyze other pages in similar industries to find new trends and content ideas that are performing well
• Communicate with followers in a timely manner
• Provide weekly reports showing account growth and performance of related content
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Create monthly brand partnerships and giveaways
• Build out content wheelhouses and management for the following platforms: Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's or similar degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required (marketing, journalism, etc.)
• Work experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge or passion for jewelry and/or fashion
