Creatunity LLC is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies for their e-commerce business. The position requires proven experience, strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, e-commerce setting required
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our e-commerce website
• Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations to optimize results

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing principles is a plus
