Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Ability to be an effective decision-maker in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Iconik, Google Drive), and SMM platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Khoros, Later)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The discipline, flexibility, and self-starter mentality required to work as part of a high-performing, distributed team
  • Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in the CrossFit community and industry

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand goals
  • Lead the development of integrated social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social channels
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize content performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Foster a strong and engaged community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and positively
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve social media metrics continuously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand's reach and impact
