Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a holistic Social Media Strategy that strengthens brand identity and encourages engagement
• Continuous Analysis of Trends and Developments in the Social Media, to adapt the strategy accordingly
• Content Creation: Creative development of appealing content for various social platforms, considering audience preferences
• Content Creation: Development of images, graphics and videos for Social Media Posts
• Community Management: Active interaction with the online community, answering comments and messages
• Community Management: Maintaining positive customer relationships and resolving queries or complaints
• Campaign Management: Planning and executing Social Media Campaigns to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and conversion
• Campaign Management: Using analysis tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimize them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with E-Commerce Platforms and Understanding of Online Sales Strategies
• Knowledge in the use of Social Media Analysis Tools
