Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in social and content strategy with an emphasis on brand, experiential, and highly collaborative, fast paced brand marketing activations and partnerships
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry & knowledge of personal financial management
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team or being scrappy on CapCut
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Experience in managing social agency, creative agency, creator agencies and other external production partners
Responsibilities
- Produce top-tier, engaging content optimized for X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring maximum impact and platform-native appeal
- Identify trends and reactive moments on CT and other social channels, be able to react and craft content in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain an always-on content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance
- Market a best-in-class product to an audience of over 2M people
- Work closely with product marketing, partnership, comms and other cross-functional teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure brand consistency
