Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Strong skills in creating engaging written and visual content
  • Experience managing and optimizing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and refine performance
  • Community management expertise to interact with audiences and foster engagement
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer or Sprout Social
  • Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research to improve visibility
  • Creativity and innovative thinking for effective social media strategies
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and post engaging content on main social media platforms
  • Respond to audience comments and messages to maintain interaction
  • Identify and submit product or company listings to relevant directories
  • Research and secure quality backlink opportunities to boost visibility
  • Track backlinks to ensure quality and relevance
  • Monitor competitors' social media activity and strategies
  • Develop tactics to enhance engagement and differentiate social presence
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in social media management or digital marketing
  • Portfolio or previous work samples to share
