Join MedVA's marketing team as an enthusiastic Event Marketing & Graphic Designer! This dual role combines planning and executing event marketing strategies with creating compelling visual content. You will collaborate with the team, manage event logistics, and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for event marketing and graphic design, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This is an independent contractor position offering a competitive hourly rate, in-house medical benefits (after 6 months), quality training, and a permanent work-from-home setup.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in event marketing and graphic design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote upcoming events
• Create stunning graphics and promotional materials for events, including brochures, signage, social media posts, and email campaigns
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and coordination with vendors
• Ensure all event materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel
• Track and evaluate event marketing performance, providing insights for future improvements
• Assist with post-event follow-up and feedback collection to enhance future events
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate new and innovative ideas into events
