Join OLIVER, a global leader in bespoke in-house agencies, as their Social Media Manager for Public Affairs. This remote US-based role requires leading social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement for government and key opinion former audiences. You will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, create engaging content, manage social media analytics, and collaborate with the marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in social media management, strong writing and content creation skills, and proficiency in social media tools like Sprinklr. The salary range is $80,750.00 to $90,250.00, and the position offers a comprehensive compensation package.
Requirements

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Strong writing, editing, and content production skills
- Experience with WordPress and managing blog content
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) and analytics metrics

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and others. Channel health analysis and optimization
- Plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and meets the needs of our clients and target audiences
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, with the support of the creative team, that resonate with our audience and supports brand objectives
- Scheduling and publishing social media content through Sprinklr and managing blog content publishing on WordPress. Publishing outside working hours might be required occasionally
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and active online presence. Engage with followers, answer questions, and encourage discussions
- Develop social media calendars and compelling content for high level executives
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content performance. Provide regular insights to inform future strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated content across all channels
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with public sector/government/tech highly desired

- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,750.00 to $90,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
