Social Media Manager, Web3 Copywriter

Summary

Join the Sui Foundation's Ecosystem team as a Social Media Manager & Copywriter! You will manage social media accounts (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, etc.), create engaging Web3 content, and develop growth strategies. Responsibilities include executing paid campaigns, managing content calendars, and collaborating with the Sui community. The ideal candidate has proven Web3 social media management experience, strong copywriting skills, and knowledge of paid ad campaigns. This is a fully remote, global position offering the chance to shape Sui's digital presence and contribute to the decentralized future.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media for Web3 or technology-focused projects
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging posts, blogs, and ad copy tailored to Web3 audiences
• Knowledge of paid ad campaigns, community operations, and sponsorship opportunities
• Familiarity with social media management tools and techniques for follower growth
• Creative approach to content creation, including memes and engagement campaigns
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with internal/external teams
• Understanding of Web3 communities and platforms, including Twitter, Discord, and Reddit
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms including Twitter (X), Discord, Reddit, and others, ensuring consistent engagement and growth
• Proactively engage with projects and communities within the Sui ecosystem to foster collaboration and engagement
• Execute paid ad campaigns and identify opportunities for sponsored community operations, such as Quests, to drive follower growth
• Launch and grow new social media channels, including TikTok and Instagram, to reach diverse audiences
• Act as the point of contact (POC) for retweet requests and Ambassador amplification initiatives
• Monitor and collect key headlines and news updates to inform the community and inspire content ideas
• Identify and pursue community swap opportunities to increase reach and visibility
• Create and share memes and other fun, engaging content that resonates with the Web3 audience
• Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring coverage of all relevant topics
• Oversee weekly news prompts and highlight important updates to engage the community
• Write and maintain a community blog with an SEO-driven strategy to maximize visibility and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching and managing new social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and best practices for blogs and web content
• Understanding of Web3 growth tactics, including quests, sponsorships, and community swaps
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized ecosystems
