Requirements

• Creative, marketer, effective communicator, active in social media
• Proactive, data-driven, and growth-oriented with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication, negotiation, and creative skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and collaborative team player
• Comfortable with influencer platforms and adept at leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and tech solutions
• Experienced with Excel and other standard workflow tools for collaboration

Responsibilities

• Research, Identify and onboard new influencers aligned with our audience and goals
• Manage daily communication and updates for influencer campaigns
• Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of influencer agreements
• Maintain strong influencer relationships, providing necessary resources for success
• Collaborate with influencers and the marketing team on content strategy
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, including logistics, market management, and reporting
• Provide weekly updates on influencer reach and campaign progress
• Measure success and work on implementing corrective actions
