Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional hands-on paid social media planning and management experience with platforms including Meta properties, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit
  • Experience in managing paid social media projects and implementing paid social media influencer marketing strategies
  • Familiarity working with paid influencer platforms
  • Strong experience using Google Analytics (G4) and leveraging data and metrics to drive campaign improvements
  • Strong experience with Excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)
  • Advanced experience building, managing and optimizing social campaigns within the Meta and other social media platforms
  • Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Must be willing to work Pacific or Mountain Time

Responsibilities

  • Own the paid social content calendar and execute full funnel creative strategies from awareness and consideration to customer prospecting and retargeting. Creative will be informed by the Brand’s Content calendar, current social media trends, and data-driven organic and paid social performance insights
  • Drive and manage customer acquisition through social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn with detailed knowledge of audiences, functional nuances, and targeted channel levers
  • Proactively identify and embrace all aspects of social media – from algorithm shifts to available audiences, campaign and placement types, ways to leverage 1P data by platform and awareness about emerging platforms and related technologies
  • Manage the results of paid social media influencer marketing strategies that align with our Brand goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Brand Content team to identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers representing California Closets in paid social media campaigns
  • Present the strategy, tactics and results to key owner/operator stakeholders, sharing insights and techniques used improve channel effectiveness via presentations, meetings and webinars
  • Establish account and campaign strategies rooted in experimentation, industry benchmarks, and insights from account representatives at Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc
  • Design, launch, and manage performance-driven paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and/or other social platforms, focusing on CPA and ROAS goals
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously optimize performance
  • Run in-depth post-campaign analysis, develop test plans for new user acquisition initiatives, and measure performance to identify testing opportunities
  • Collaborate across levels and functions within the Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions and Brand teams to support company growth initiatives
  • Ensure agency partner teams effectively balance bid methods to deliver intended outcomes, at scale and on time, and within efficiency guardrails
  • Ensure that all your efforts and those of 3rd party partners adhere to the latest corporate privacy and data governance policies
