This role blends strategy and execution, focusing on engaging and managing a positive social media community across organic and paid channels. You will create and drive campaign strategies, collaborate with various teams, manage digital communications, develop social media calendars, and engage with the community. You'll also partner with paid media and design teams, manage agency partners, stay updated on social trends, and analyze campaign performance. Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7+ years experience in an enterprise social media environment
- A track record of successful social media campaigns
- Excellence in producing engaging and creative social media content, planning, strategy and collaboration
- Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), etc
- Experience using Sprinklr
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to demonstrate results
- The ability to bring together multiple groups of stakeholders and focus on shared outcomes using data and insights to help broker any challenges
Responsibilities
- Create and drive campaign strategies to increase social engagement and sentiment with a global audience of business decision makers and creators
- Demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills as you partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Integrated Marketing and other functions
- Manage the cadence of digital communications across multiple social media channels with a focused approach using data and insights to inform your efforts
- Develop a social media calendar across social media and blog
- Engage and respond on social media, partnering internally to develop content as needed with Customer Support and Product teams
- Partner with the paid media team to execute campaigns as needed and in a timely fashion; working with the design team to develop creative, traffic assets, and measure results
- Manage several agency partners to develop bespoke creative aligned to brands, draft briefs for paid media campaigns, and provide on-going feedback
- Stay up to date on latest social trends and tools and implement them for social campaigns delivery
- Analyze, track,β―and measure performance against KPIβs and report on monthly social campaigns
