Summary

Flipster is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their team and help grow communities on Twitter and Telegram. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative ways to connect with the crypto community, tracking trends, engaging in social media spaces, and managing social media channels. Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in social media management for crypto brands, a deep understanding of the crypto market, excellent communication skills, and creativity.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in social media management for crypto/blockchain/web3 brands
• Deep understanding of the crypto market and upcoming trends with a strong passion and belief in what Flipster is building
• Track record of growing Twitter, and Telegram communities within the crypto space
• Ownership mentality: Take responsibility for tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English language skill is a must
• Strong understanding of social media mechanics to ensure goals are met within preset KPIs
• Ability to demystify complex blockchain concepts and make them accessible and appealing to a broader audience

Responsibilities

• Twitter whisperer: Command the algorithm's attention with sharp humor and clear, persuasive messages
• Trend tracker: Identify resonating memes and leverage trending hashtags
• Social listening expert: Use social media monitoring tools to stay ahead of conversations and trends in the crypto space
• Social engagement: Engage with other accounts and partners, guide discussions, and foster growth and interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or any related discipline
• Proficiency with social media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, Twitter Analytics, and more
• Experience in community management and building Telegram Bots
