• Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally
• Research and analyze social media trends and implement strategies to drive engagement and increase followers
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling content
• Monitor and report on social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize social media strategies
