Summary

The job is for a QA Test Engineer at R3, a technology firm specializing in digital solutions for financial markets. Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise test engineering (both manual and automation)
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or another similar programming language
• Familiar with basic DevOps, Jenkins , Kubernetes , Docker
• Familiar with tools for API testing i.e Postman , Rest Assured
• Familiar with tools for UI testing , i.e Selenium, Cypress
• Familiar with project tracking software such as JIRA and test management systems such as XRAY
• Broad understanding of computer science and engineering principles
• Proven track record of delivering test automation for highly complex software

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed test stage plans
• Develop functional and non-functional test cases within R3's regression automation framework for testing (CRAFT) and maintain test suites and test cases
• Execute test cases, document results, update progress, and track bugs
• Contribute to the ongoing development of manual and automated test scenarios working as part of an agile engineering team
• Participate in prototyping and experimentation to validate system architecture
• Partner with internal and external teams in testing, deploying and operating highly scalable blockchain networks
• Undertake system performance analysis from the ground up to determine operational limits of the system
