Software Developer In Test

Summary

Join Rialtic's innovative Workflows Team as a SDET and contribute to the stability of our products used daily by internal and external users. You will collaborate with Product to ensure comprehensive test coverage for core user workflows, developing and maintaining automated tests for our web applications. This role involves working with various testing methodologies to improve application stability and performance, collaborating with other engineering teams, and improving deployment cadence. We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience with Typescript, Javascript, and 1+ years experience with CI/CD & automated testing. Requirements

• 1-3 years experience with Typescript, Javascript (Jest, Playwright or similar testing frameworks)
• 1+ years experience with CI/CD & automated testing
• An understanding of the values/drawbacks of different testing strategies

Responsibilities

• Write and run tests across various testing methodologies to improve the stability and performance of our applications
• Work with the team and Product to ensure that our backend for the frontend is stable and performant and breaking changes are caught early
• Work with Product to ensure core user workflows are tested and we can deploy new features with confidence
• Collaborate and work with other engineering teams to ensure our system’s contracts are reliable
• Work with the team to improve deployment cadence, reduce error regressions, and assist in bug triage
