Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in automation testing for both frontend and backend platforms
• Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Expertise in automation best practices, coding standards, Git, GitHub, and the PR process
• Hands-on experience with at least one testing framework like Cypress or Playwright (we use both)
• Experience with REST, GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines and automated Nest.js
• Familiarity with integration, functional, end-to-end, and API automation tests
• Independent problem solving skills and excellent teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle automating complex features and speak up when improvements are needed
• Knowledge of SQL queries along with data consistency and integrity in relational databases
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Availability in the afternoons due to collaboration with the United States

Responsibilities

• Working with the team to make sure everything delivered is top quality
• Improving existing automation, QA processes, and best practices
• Taking ownership of all automation needs within one of the key Business Units
• Automating new features to ensure proper coverage and support go-live with high quality standards
• Maintaining and improving existing automation tests and expanding them as needed
• Collaborating with team members from Poland and the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Creativity and innovation in automation for any given area
• Experience with Jira and agile testing methodologies
• Worked with test case management tools, preferably TestRail
