Summary

Capchase is a fast-growing fintech startup that empowers SaaS companies with access to capital and revenue management tools. They are looking for a Software Engineer in Automation and Infrastructure (SETI) to help scale their platform, improve the CI test experience, and maintain software tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field involving software/systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience programming in at least one of the following languages: C++, Elixir, Javascript, or Python
• Experience with algorithms and data structures

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop, and maintain software tools and systems to support software development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand their needs and provide tools and infrastructure solutions to improve their workflows
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software
• Develop and maintain build and deployment automation pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of our infrastructure and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tools and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
• Understanding of Kubernetes, GCP & terraform
