Summary

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering high quality software
• Deep technical expertise in one or more languages
• Solid understanding of fundamental computer science principles and software engineering best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with peers and other team members
• Desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment where projects and priorities evolve quickly
• An ability and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow!

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of improvements and features to existing systems as well as designing new services or components
• Design software systems that solve complex business problems in a simple elegant way by working directly with business partners
• Build high quality, performant and maintainable software in a timely manner
• Create and contribute to a sustainable, scalable, and secure system architecture
• Collaborate, mentor, and provide feedback to team members through code reviews and 1 on 1 pairing
• Maintain, improve, and address defects on existing software components
• Provide regular, proactive communications on project progress and any blocking issues
• Actively participate in the team’s software development process, including code reviews, testing, team meetings, planning, and project management
