Software Engineer

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute engineering projects at a massive scale. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remotely within the United States. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams, defining and executing engineering projects, and mentoring high-performing engineers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a professional software engineer and a proven track record of shipping high-quality products. Requirements

• 4+ years working as a professional software engineer
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities and successfully shipping high-quality products in high growth environments
• Strong cross-team and functional collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring other engineers and promoting a collaborative team culture

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to Figma’s growth as we expand our product offering
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define the team’s vision, technical direction, and roadmap
• Define and execute on engineering projects to enable our Enterprise customers to be successful with Figma at massive scale
• Mentor, and collaborate with high-performing engineers. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with Ruby, TypeScript, React, and/or PostgreSQL
• Prior work experience in B2B SaaS and working with enterprise customers
