Software Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Full-stack Engineer in Plutus, Kronos Research's analytics platform. The role involves designing real-time dashboarding systems, building investment platforms, and developing an automated fund-transferring service. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Highly proficient programming skills in at least one of the following: Python/Java/C++/Golang/TypeScript
• Proven track record in software design and development
• Excellent analysis / problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy elegant software solutions across the firm
• Develop solutions that enable our research and trading team to deploy, configure, and monitor our real-time trading strategies
• Partner with business leaders to define priorities and deliver custom solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with modern, cloud-based infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes Google Cloud/AWS/Azure, Cloud Functions/AWS Lambda, etc
• Knowledge of browser UI development and Javascript, HTML, and CSS
