Software Engineer

Summary

You will design, develop, and manage integrations across customer-facing systems, collaborating with various teams to build secure and scalable solutions. This role requires end-to-end ownership of integration lifecycles, deep understanding of third-party vendors, and continuous system improvement. You will leverage your expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS cloud services. Requirements

• Experience with integration-heavy projects and vendor collaboration
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and associated backend technologies
• Strong API development skills, including RESTful services, schema-first design, Graphql, webhooks, and Auth (Auth0, JWT)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, and SSM

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage integrations across customer-facing systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to build secure and scalable solutions
• Own integration lifecycles end-to-end — from implementation to monitoring and support
• Deeply understand third-party vendors and platforms to ensure effective use and timely upgrades
• Identify and resolve technical gaps while driving continuous system improvements
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using industry best practices
• Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-team knowledge sharing
• Foster a team culture built on trust, respect, and collaboration
