Summary

The job is for a Software Engineer in the Growth Team at Mobbin. The role involves building revenue-impacting features across the stack, working closely with team members from other domains, and mentoring junior engineers. Requirements

• Have a healthy curious mindset, open to asking questions and exploring insights in our data warehouse
• Have a high bar for code quality
• Believe that documentation, communication and measuring feature success is part of shipping
• Have significant experience working with strongly-typed language(s)
• Be highly proficient in frontend technologies
• Be moderately proficient in Postgres and SQL
• Have strong computer science fundamentals
• Have at least 2 year professional experience of building user-facing production-scale web apps in React
• Be able to communicate effectively and have good written communication skills
• Have a strong desire to learn and adapt, by embracing feedback and seeking opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Build revenue-impacting features across the stack
• Work closely with team members of other domains (for example: product designers) to run experiments and test hypotheses
• Leave our codebase and infrastructure better than you found it
• Clearly propose and articulate your technical decisions and the trade-offs incurred
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices and technical skills
• Build product features that are across the stack
• Distill engineering solutions from high-level product requirements
