Software Engineer

Summary

As a Software Engineer, you will work alongside high caliber team members to implement solutions across the tech stack to build the PairSoft platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer applications or similar. Advanced education preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL server
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Experience with development tools for CI/CD, unit, and integration testing
• Azure, Angular or React experience
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong Client communication skill translating technical language to non technical clients
• A good Team Player
• Highly motivated & self-driven with a proven ability to perform multi-tasking
• Achieving assigned deadlines
• Never give up attitude
• Experience working in a startup environment with a globally dispersed team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production quality software with minimal defects
• Write high quality, maintainable code following SOLID principles
• Responsible for the adherence of PairSoft’s software engineering standards
• Comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes
• Willingness to test code both at a unit and functional level
• Ensure user documentation is completed for all software development projects
• Regularly participate in code reviews
• Actively participate in the Agile process
